A Day With Us

One day. Then another.

Below is an example of a scheduled Program day whilst we are working on your Life Transformation. On Day 1, expect to have a full medical screening and review of prescriptions (if relevant) with our Doctor, and a Nutritionist session to figure out your dietary requirements for our Chef to follow. During onboarding, we will define as much of your Daily Schedule as possible but allowing for some flexibility during your stay.

Morning

Awaken the body

  • Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation
  • Personal Trainer- exercise
  • Chef-prepared breakfast
  • Set the day's intention

Midday

Do the work

  • 1:1 Therapy (CBT, Relationship, Psychiatrist)
  • Life Coaching with James
  • AA / NA support (if needed)
  • Reading & reflection

Afternoon

Experiment & have fun

  • Skill or hobby practice
  • Time in nature

Evening

Land softly

  • Chef-prepared dinner
  • Massage
  • Conversation with James
  • Restorative sleep
